Eh, probably not. I tend not to use SNSD's Korean stuff except for a few album tracks but even then it isn't very consistent. Will probably give it a try anyway but I never expect much.

They're not #1 on Melon digital chart, what you have there is a picture of the search #. Basically people are searching Miss A's name because they just released a song. It has no indication of their chart position though
