kworb's numbers are estimations.

Real popularity was (because we have not the exact popularity anymore):

2. Katy 0.6500
3. Carly 0.6500

While on kworb was:

2. Katy 0.6625
3. Carly 0.6375

That was an estimation, because they couldn't be both at the same, and Katy was above.

When Carly went #2, real popularity changed:

2. Carly 0.7000
3. Katy 0.6500

So Carly increased while Katy stayed stable
