The Sims 3 patches were for the base game mostly, and the base game didn't need Origin.

Now it's a must.

Game is leaked, but no crack. So it's kinda pointless unless you're not really planning to buy the game, as some people are estimating that we'll be waiting a week+ for the crack.

You do have to use a VPN, but use Hola.
It's like 21 Pounds for The Sims 4 on there.

And Origin don't, no. But you need to use a VPN to get to the purchase page.

They don't region lock...but you can have your buying privileges from EA suspended. Which means you'd need to buy expansion packs from other places if they did suspend you. Just use Hola and change your region on the Origins buying page to Mexico.

So, I obviously don't know anything about processors but according to System Requirements Lab I can run The Sims 4 based on everything but my processor....

This is what I have: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G620 @ 2.60GHz

This is what it tells me I need to have Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 or AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ (2.0 GHz Dual Core required if using integrated graphics)

At 2.6 GHZ the speed is faster...so, why is my system failing? I legit know nothing about processor's...

It's £60 for the game here, I'm not sure I wanna pay that, when I'm not 100% sure it'll run smoothly on my old laptop, or how good the game is going to be. Especially when I'd rather crack the game on my old PC, and assuming I enjoy it, then pay for the game for Mac, when it's released.
