This was better than the Gen 1 rate where the gay mess rampaged over the whole god damn thing. 
Celebi should have been top 10 instead of Ampharos, really why do y'all even like that ugly thing???
I LOVE Electric types, but that trash is UNUSABLE.

Don't even try to pretend that Kingdra isn't universally loved. Watch any Youtube LP of a game where Kingdra is a Gym Leader or Elite 4 Members Pokemon and hear the praise (/Frustration as it sweeps their Nuzlocke team).
