Yeah they were huge like any other 1 month viral smash. But in 2014 who is listening to Crank That Soulja Boy and Cupid Shuffle? Who will remember either? That's the exact same route both are going.

I'd put them in the same category as songs like Crank That, Thrift Shop, Rack City, in that they had their success spurred on largely from Youtube (with radio catching on later), but I still consider them legitimate hits.
