This is the Urban/Rhythmic chart in Germany. It's calculated through airplay, sales and club play. That means Overdose must be doing something significant over there in Germany to already be Top 40.
Like I said, Overdose is coming for wigs with no promo.
SIDENOTE: If someone could find out Japanese chart/radio info for Overdose that would be good. I'm always finding japanese tweets about Overdose and DJ remixes so, it has to be getting some sort of airplay/charting action there.

Radio is primarily what it comes down to at the end of the day, at least for getting sales. You can do other things like music videos, live performances, etc. to help, but radio is the best kind of promotion overall. At least for Ciara it's good that they count Youtube views in the Hot 100, since she does great there.
