And FNMTV is gone as expected with no return of any video blocks.

MTV2 ought to be dissolved and have MTVX come back and take its place. No sense of having MTV and MTV2 both being 24 hour reality networks. It's so easy to have a balance of music and reality yet MTV doesn't care to even try. I'm surprised they allow VH1 to still have both and without sporadic changes. It'd be nice if MTV's fall schedule looked like this:

6AM - Videos
8AM - TRL Top 10 (just the top 10 in full, un-VJ'ed)
9AM - Videos
2PM - ....
4PM - TRL
5PM - Sucker Free
6PM - ...
8PM - Rock Show
8:30PM - Rotating Music series (Making the Video one night, MTV Live Concert another...)

I had a similar idea to a "TRL Vault". I call it TRL Retirement Home and it'd be a daily (and VJ'ed) half hour show looking back on past videos. But alast, what Lauren Conrad is crying about this week takes priority!
