That is probably because you are using Internet Explorer. In order to see that option there, you first need to order the threads by the amount of posts they have, because if not, the link won't work. I have realized that if you are using Google Chrome, it is not necessary to do that in order to see the option you are looking for. For Google Chrome, you just click on the thread post count and that's it.
