Who knows about New Orleans. A lot of things were changed in the Atlanta show. There was no Duffy cover, some outfit changes, speaking to the audience more, etc.
And no, there is no "fyi" on that situation. Britney's backing vocal is much heavier. If you click the link I provided from Channel 2 news here in Atlanta, you can hear a bit of her singing live in "Circus", and if I wanted to miss that performance I would've recorded it and put it here to prove her singing live...but I truly don't care what you dumbass haters believe.
But why am I arguing if she sung live or not? Although she did, that's not on her itinerary at all. She's there to put on a fantastic show which she did. You can go to another forum and be a hating hoe.
