They do indeed, it's a bit of an oddity though. You're allowed to express your views but if they're on a 'public platform' (like social media) you can be help accountable for what you say. So you're basically allowed to be as horrid as you like behind the scenes (within private functions, in your own home etc.) but have to respect others in a public setting.
Or at least, that's my understanding of it.
