Not a single spin. I keep checking Pop, Hot AC, Rhythmic and Urban but nope. She ain't no Taylor or Drake the stations will not pick FA up only like that. The longer Atlantic waits the harder it will for the song to get decent airplay.
Spam her manager's Twitter with hate tweets.

Yes and I hope it stays there till Friday. She needs streaming if she wants to debut on the main chart tho... If she stays in the top 50 till Friday I think she can debut inside the top 100 around #91-#100. But even that is wishful thinking.

In this case, it just might be the other way around. Like you said, radio is NOT responding right now, so if they send it straight away and it gets very few adds, that will really hinder the song's radio run. Radio really relies on buzz. That's why AllAccess banners advertising a song's adds or early airplay are still relevant and labels invest in them. Maybe the lack of early airplay you're noticing is exactly why Atlantic is waiting.
Are you sure about the "not a single spin" thing though? Sure, the song isn't on any taking off or spincrease charts, but that doesn't mean it's not being played at all. Except if you're looking more thoroughly.

Then it's the right time since not a single station has spun it since it was released...
I think it's weird tho. Maybe Atlantic mailed the stations to not play the song until it's officially sent for adds. I checked everyday since the song came out and it hasn't received a single spin. The 0.027 AI it received the first day must have been from an independent station or it was simply a fake update.

How do you check, if you don't mind me asking. Do you check the playlists of all stations individually or the Mediabase charts? If it's the latter, don't be discouraged. It might take a while. If it's the former, you're right to worry, but we'll see.
Atlantic definitely didn't tell the stations to wait. They WANT early airplay, I'm sure of that. But if it's really getting 0 spins right now, they definitely should wait to send it, frustrating as that may be for us.

I think you're right actually, to appear on the "starters" section of one of the radio formats you actually have to get two spins I think. If everyone station played the song only once then none of it would be registered on allaccess.com.

Phewww, you have nothing to worry about. I've tracked many songs there and they're never fully accurate about early airplay. Tinashe's "Superlove" currently has 158 documented spins (by "documented", I mean including only the stations that appear on starters and leaders), yet on Saturday, AllAccess had a blank list for it too. So, basically a blank starters / leaders page on AllAccess doesn't mean the song is getting 0 spins. Just that whatever spins it's getting aren't being tracked

I remember the interview that got me to like her personality was when she was 13 talking about her record label. She was so honest and she new her record label didn't like her because she was the nicest person in the world, but because she was making them a lot of money (If only she knew)
She's always been so honest. Especially the last few years.
