yes and no, only when they plan to make huge changes and it's not really year-to-year unless a movie like Frozen comes out and then it's a big deal to update the parks with attractions including the movie. but recently they did a huge Fantasyland expansion where they added a Be Our Guest restaurant where you can eat in the Ballroom, the West Wing and a portrait gallery, they also added a really elaborate Enchanted Tales with Belle, a new Little Mermaid dark ride, a Seven Dwarfs roller coaster, a circus-themed area that includes two huge dumbo rides and meet-and-greets in circus tents. there's also a new princess meet-and-greet that's all fancy it was cute.
they also updated a few queue lines to be a little more interactive so guests aren't bored while waiting.
I was a young boy...all I cared about were the rides.
