When I first heard & saw the Just Dance vid I thot she was some indie/underground hardcore bitch. But for some reason, I loved it instantly. And I still think she sings "you son of a wh0re" in German thanks to a yt comment from back then.

But looking back at these old performances, Gaga kinda single handedly took the whole pop gimmick to a new level.

The first time I saw Katy was on TRL when they premiered I Kissed A Girl and she felt genuine.

Gaga just feels like a product through and through in a way Ive never felt about any other singers.

Even Rihanna was herself when she debuted (sadly I was obsessed with her).
