Bought Paper Mario 64 and Kirby and the Rainbow Curse from the E3 sale! I'm loving Kirby, it's gorgeous, and Paper Mario is just as perfect as it was years ago.

Only a few hours left on the sale, I'm thinking I'll get BoxBoy since it's cheap, and Zelda: Oracles of Seasons and Ages since everyone is recommending those two. Thank God I saved my Christmas and birthday gift cards!

If you've played Canvas Curse (fantastic game, one of Kirby's best), then play Rainbow. If you haven't I still recommend it a lot. It's super fun so far and very easy to get a hang of. I can tell it'll be easy enough to beat, but a real challenge to 100%. Keep in mind that due to the gameplay, you'll be looking exclusively at the gamepad unless you have great spacial awareness.

It really hit me when I was playing it that there is no bad Kirby game. Every game in the series has been good, and so many different genres have been tackled seamlessly. Kirby might be my favorite gaming franchise, nothing but quality.

Um. Kirby is literally one of Nintendos weakest franchises. Like pretty much all f the games are filler

The concept of transforming into different forms could be so cool if done correctly, but Miyamoto seems hellbent on keeping Kirby as some sort of 'My First Platformer' kind of game.

I bought Rainbow Paintbrush on launch and I've probably played like the first two levels. I also bought Triple Deluxe (or w/e it was called) and a whole bunch of other Kirby games and they all suffered the same fate. Such bland platforming
