I wouldn't be surprised to see her utilize something with happiness or Pokémon Amie, which could be a way to level happiness anyway. But given Fairy type's affinity for the moon (Moonblast move, official Fairy artwork with the moon), a Moon Stone seems probable.

Dunsparce is one of my favourite Pokemon, so no you're not!

I doubt Sylpheon would evolve via Moon Stone. The Moon Stone and Eevee have both been available since the very first game, they need to introduce something completely new to make it evolve into Sylpheon. Otherwise Leafeon would have evolved with a Leaf Stone, right?

Eevee + Thunder Stone = Jolteon
Eevee + Fire Stone = Flareon

Eevee + Moon Stone = Umbreon
Eevee + Leaf Stone = Leafeon
Eevee + Glacier Stone = Glaceon
Eevee + Friendship = Sylveon

Hm, definitely a good point. I mean, I'm sure a Kanto researcher tried evolving an Eevee with a Moon Stone at some point.

I'm not certain a Moon Stone would be more fitting for Umbreon given that Sylveon has been accompanied by a moon in both artwork and in battle scenarios. It seems likely at this point that Fairy types draw power from it. Of course Umbreon is just as moon-driven given that Espeon is his sun counterpart, but that doesn't have to rule Sylveon out as a moon-driven Pokémon.

I mean, these liars told his little brother Mikey that he had to choose ONLY between Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon to evolve his Eevee, they never told him about Umbreon, Espeon, Leafeon, Glaceon and Sylveon...
I mean, if they were truly so into Eevee then they should know about the other 1000 evolutions Eevee can have.
This means those bastards didn't want his little brother to have a flawless Glaceon or Espeon.

I know we only knew about 3 eeveelutions at the time, but as we know, in the anime when a new generation appears they always knew about them before, like how the hell Brock knew about Cradily, being an extinct pokémon.
And in the Johto Season when they return to Kanto and visit some of their old friends, those old friends have Pokémon from generation 2, even though they always preached that only 150 pokémon existed.

And thinking about that, how the hell could they tell only 150 pokémon existed?
They didn't know about Mewtwo (well, in that case Mew takes the 150th position), but neither did know about the 5 extinct ones, Porygon, and some others, and if we take out Metapod and Kakuna, because like how can some 1 week clothes for Caterpie and Weedle be counted as a pokémon?.

I was always surprised by that...When Togepi was introduced and they were going for gen. 2, they stated a lot of unknown Pokemon existed, but after that they all of a sudden pretended like there are thousands that they know about... I'd love for them to do a storyline of an unknown Pokemon
