Carrie is one of the best belters in the industry today. For the most part, her belts are A+. Clear, supported, healthy vibrato, etc. I mean, Taylor's belts are far far worse so I don't know why that would be a problem for you?
I agree, SITW >>>

This is one big myth. Carrie's belts are poorly executed for the most part. Volume =/= Power. In order to achieve these loud, voluminous belts, she raises her larynx upwards, closes her throat and tightens all of her throat muscles, which results in the belt produced being loud, yes, but sounding constricted and forced. Also due to her closing her throat when belting, her tone becomes very nasal and unpleasant when trying to go higher.
The reason why I don't stop listening to Taylor because of her "far far worse belts" is that it's not just her belts that are weak/poorly-executed; her singing in general is technically incorrect, so why would I pick out the belts in particular to criticize? I listen to Taylor because I like her tone and I think she conveys emotion pretty well, regardless of the terrible technique she uses.
As for Carrie, most of the times, all we get from her is: mediocre, cliched lyrics+unpleasant-sounding belts+not enough emotion.
