ok, well if my experience with my anxiety attacks is any help:
1. for now, you probably can't do much about it until tomorrow, so find a way to get away from the situation for a little while. sleep on the couch, i guess? either way, if you're around the situation while you have absolutely no control it's going to feel 100x worse.
2. find a thought that comforts you about this situation (like try to think of potential not negative outcomes) and stick to it and keep it in your mind. remind yourself of it when you need to.
3. if you need help, reach out for it. i promise people won't judge you or get annoyed or anything.
4. try to do something that you like that can occupy your mind for a bit, like playing a video game. it won't completely remove the thoughts, but it can make the time until you can do something go by a little faster.
