She's been in the studio for months but we don't have a timeframe. Seems like she's doing even more of the production by herself this time, so it's understandable that it's taking a while.

She's been teasing on Twitter for a while now, (including a tweet just two hours ago saying "I can see it... That sweet sweet light at the end of the tunnel... It's getting closer every day now!!!!", hopefully she's referring to new music and not her impending death or something) and posted a very brief clip of a new song on her Facebook a few weeks ago. So it seems like she's probably getting close to finishing her album

Kelly Clarkson is SCUM. I haven't listened to her Christmas album but it's probably worse than Britney Jean and ARTPOP.
Kelly's Christmas album is pretty good but I still prefer Michael Bublé. I don't think anyone will be able to do a holiday album better than him anytime soon.
