Colombia isn't.
and I guess we won't have a sold out Date... Many people can't get their tickets because the sponsors only give the tickets with special conditions and you end up paying almost 350USD for a General Admision location. Also the contests to win tickets are very exclusive, only for selected cities.

thank god I got my ticket on the pre-sale, because this is a Mess...

There were only 7,000 tickets on sale (sold out in 1 hour) , the rest (37,000) belong to the Sponsors.

Belo Horizonte - doing really well
Rock in Rio - Sold out
Sao Paulo - doing really well
Brasilia - doing well
Colombia - ??? free concert anyway mostly
Caracas - final stages of ticket sales for general and diamond. VIP won't sell out at those prices
Mexico - doing really well/nearly sold out
San Juan - doing really well/might even be sold out now
