DANITY KANE: 2014 VMAs
The lights dim as the music to "Show Stopper" begins and Danity Kane are found driving hot Lamborghinis onto the stage as they begin to sing the chorus. As they get out of the car, they smack their stilettos to the floor to create some beating before the live band plays and Aubrey takes control. Shannon then comes up for Wanita's part, slaying as usual. The three perform new choreography with boys coming to sit on top of the hoods of the cars, and check them out. Dawn and Aubrey took control for the little cute raps into the bridge right away, as they walked up to the front of the stage when “Lemonade” began to play. They took off their red coats to reveal yellow, black and white clothing. Dawn’s weave was straight as ****, Aubrey also had a weave that was a little wavy and curly, and Shannon’s short hair was dyed with ombre to look amazing. They all wore the same exact make-up structure, except all different color eye shadow. They went straight into the chorus, walking off the stage as their was a huge lemonade factory setup in the middle of the crowd. Each girl climbed about forty feet worth of ladders as intense music played and they sang through headpieces. On the lower floors of the structure, many shirtless men were making lemonade all dressed in pink, white and red. Tyga came up through an elevator of the factory structure and began to rap his verse while Danity Kane was running all over the place bossing around and making sure the job ends done. With the shout of “Lemonade, lemonade!” “Damaged” began to play as all the men fainted in the room and lights circulated everyone and a projection of never-before-seen footage of DK3 in a hospital played as they did intensive choreography during the entire portion of that song for the performance. After that, “Rage” began to play. They came down and performed in the crowd, interacting with many fans and serving amazing vocals. A platform took them up in the middle of the crowd, where everybody in the crowd went all out hard for the girls, singing the song along. At the end of their performance Dawn shouted: “We wanna thank you so much! We love you have a good night MTV make some noise y’all!” After the performance, ‘DK3’ jumped a few spots in some countries as well as “Rage” and all of their old singles with Atlantic / Bad Boy Records.
