I was hoping she would actually not perform (since she has nothing to perform really and she's sort of overexposed)...but I had a feeling she wouldn't be able to restrain herself. She just needs to KILL her performances. I want something on the piano. I feel like, with all her wardrobe changes and antics, the American public has forgotten that she is actually a very talented singer and performer. If you think about it her huge promotion opportunities (the VMA's, New Year's Eve performance) have not really shown off her voice, either because she was dancing her ass off or because she was being a man (
)...or both. I want something like her first SNL appearance (Bad Romance/Poker Face on the piano) or the Brit Awards (Telephone on the piano, Dance in the Dark) that really showcases her pure vocals and piano skills, at least for one of the performances. I think the general public will be far more likely to "like" her again or at least not completely hate her if they see how talented she really is. Oftentimes her upbeat dance performances don't show off her voice.
