Beyonce haters, kiss my stilettos. There’s no stopping the diva
One thing I know for sure is Beyonce’s baby bump felt real to me when we hugged for a photo at her mother’s Living Archives tribute at University of Houston last week. So it’s ridiculous that a web site is calling her pregnancy a fake, saying she’s enlisted a surrogate mother to give birth to her first child.
I have incredible respect for both Beyonce, 30, and her mother Tina, 57, Knowles, who I have been covering for 10 years. So Beyonce haters, especially ones who write me nasty emails, kiss my stilettos.
The first-time mom-to-be tells the November issue of Harper’s Bazaar that her baby bump continues to inspire her.
“All I see now are clothes that are flattering on a pregnant woman,” she says in the magazine. “It’s been so exciting for me! I love figuring out designs that still make me feel edgy and sexy while pregnant.”
“Flowy fabrics are always flattering … but I still rock my stilettos.”
Her recent UH visit is proof. She rocked a sky-high platform stiletto with ease. She did take a break to rest after the event, as any expectant mother would.
She tells Harper’s Bazaar: ”It was important to me that I gave myself time to focus on becoming the woman I want to be, building my empire, my relationship, and my self-worth, before I became a mother. Now God has blessed us with the ultimate.”
Now, about that maternity clothing line. We’re waiting.
