Vocoder, autotune, melodyne, filters, etc. are all COMPLETELAY different things.

She doesn't use them in all her songs

She has over 400 songs (features included), and 25% contain them.

But I wouldn't expect much from someone who just became a fan.

There are different degrees of auto-tune. BMUS was extreme and very unprofessional. If you can't hear the auto-tune in the final part of I'm Out, you're just being delusional. Most Pop songs use it and there's nothing wrong with it, especially since this song is about the rapping (which was amazing).
