Okay? Many people have had legal troubles, not only Britney. [I know I'm on your ignore list so I'm hoping someone quotes this. ] Anyways you say that like it's supposed to mean something.
Ashley has no legal troubles, yet, Britney sold 1st week all of "Headstrong" album sales. And it's even sadder seeing it's Brit's lowest 1st week's.

Looks like Carrie Underwood will get another #1 on Country with "So Small" only 200 spins away from Kenny Chesney.
And wow. Paramore & Taylor Swift over +400 on CHR.

I actually think "POM" has a better chance @ peaking closer top 10, but it'll depend on the video + promo for it to push inside. Also whatever competition is in her way. We ALL know "POM" won't do anything as it is now. It needs a T-Pain remix to succeed.
oh and thnx Johnny, lol.

Teardrops on my gutiar by taylor swift is moving up on the mainstream top 40 charts cause she's like @ #41 or #42 so that would make her the 2nd country artist to hit that chart

she probably will make it her 5th #1 put i would'nt count out more than a memory by garth brooks making to #1 for a second time.
I hope taylor swift makes it to #1 on CHR that would make her like the 2nd country act to be top 40 on CHR

Paramore's actually almost to +500, which, I will say, was expected, in my eyes, though this almost guarantees that Crushx3 will be a flop in comparison, which depresses me, because I think Crushx3 is, overall, a better track.
"Apologize" is officially over 11k on CHR, which is freaking amazing.

i believe "apologize" broke the record?
and "bubbly" is about to hit 10k spins, wow this year has had stuff like "hey there delilah", "bubbly", "way i am" etc becoming big hits...is it a bit of a new trend?

Keys drives radio airplay for fourth week
No one comes close to Alicia Keys for total number of listeners on the national radio airplay audience chart, but No One may face a little competition from someone named Chris Brown in upcoming weeks. Keys is No. 1 for the fourth week, according to Nielsen BDS, Arbitron and Radio & Records, and is still gaining audience, but Brown's Kiss Kiss, at No. 2, is gaining even faster.
Good Life by Kanye West holds on to No. 3, followed by Timbaland's Apologize, Colbie Caillat's Bubbly, Soulja Boy's Crank That, J. Holiday's Bed, West's Stronger, the top 10 debut of Rihanna's Hate That I Love You, and Timbaland's The Way I Are.
All the juicy (or, at times, desiccated) details follow.
> The annotated top 10:
1-1 last week Alicia Keys, No One (7.2% gain in total audience): Its rate of increase was cut in half, but that was inevitable -- there's only so much potential growth available when you're already No. 1. Still looking solid.
2-2 Chris Brown, Kiss Kiss (+11.4%): but Brown's even hotter, and ready to take over at the first signs of weakness in Keys. Next week should be secure for Keys, but then things might get interesting.
3-3 Kanye West, Good Life (-0.1%): Hit the tipping point, should fall at least to No. 4 next week.
4-4 Timbaland, Apologize (+7.3%): Still in great shape; blocked from No. 1 but should be able to reach No. 3 next week.
5-7 Colbie Caillat, Bubbly (+8.4%): The public's appetite for a taste of Bubbly continues unabated, but it may be blocked from moving up next week. No signs of flattening yet, though.
6-5 Soulja Boy, Crank That (-8.6%): Falling faster now, but a lack of hot challengers may keep it lodged in the top 10 for longer than would otherwise be expected.
7-6 J. Holiday, Bed (-4.3%): Slowed its rate of decline notably, so this may stick around for a while too.
8-8 Kanye West, Stronger (-6.6%): Seems to be a trend -- another decline slowed. The present-day top 10 refuses to go away.
9-11 Rihanna, Hate That I Love You (+7.8%): Only the second newcomer to the top 10 in the last three weeks, but a healthy audience gain finally dislodges Fergie.
10-9 Timbaland, The Way I Are (-8.6%): Starting to slide faster and should be the next dropout from the top 10 -- if anything can muster up the momentum to replace it.
> Next week's top 10 contenders:
Thin on the ground. Justin Timberlake's duet with Beyonce on Until the End of Time moves from No. 13 to No. 12 on the chart, and The Dream's Shawty Is a 10 inches up 14-13, but both dropped in total audience. Shawty's falloff follows a +23.6% audience gain last week, so a positive correction next week would make it the most likely song to hit the top 10, but Timberlake may have a shot as well -- its audience loss this week was far less than last week's.
Further down, Trey Songz's Can't Help but Wait jumps 26-19 with an 11.9% gain and could contend in the near future.
> This week's hottest songs:
Just as Big Girls Don't Cry finally exits the top 10, Fergie's fifth solo hit, Clumsy, becomes the week's hottest song with a 32.0% audience gain and a 50-35 move in its fourth week on the chart. It's no wonder she's so popular, though -- anyone who can go from Glamorous to Clumsy clearly has all the bases covered.
Paramore's business is misery, and Misery Business is good this week, with a 29.0% gain and a 98-70 chart move in its fourth week. Jordin Sparks' Tattoo is up 25.7% for a 54-45 chart move in its fourth week, and Sugarland's Stay (performed memorably on the CMA Awards last week) is up 20.5% and 78-60 on the chart in week No. 3.
> This week's debuts on the top 100:
No One is still red-hot, but some radio stations are ready for more Alicia Keys, as Like You'll Never See Me Again tops all debuts at an impressive No. 68. Teen idols Bow Wow & Omarion preview their upcoming joint project (I guess "joint joint" doesn't really work) with Girlfriend, entering the chart at No. 80. Billy Ray Cyrus is back, with a little help from daughter Miley, as Ready, Set, Don't Go debuts at 95. Wyclef Jean's Sweetest Girl is at 98 and Seether's rock hit Fake It comes in at 99.
Almost gone: Britney Spears' Gimme More, down 80-87 after 10 mercifully brief weeks on the chart.
