If you have a powerful enough Mac, you can install Windows through a virtualization software like VMWare Fusion or Parallels and then play the game on the virtual machine. My RMBP has 16GB of RAM, 2.3GHz i7 and 1GB of VRAM so I might go that route. Doing it this way is convenient because it runs as an application within OS X, but you might not get good performance if you don't have a powerful enough machine. I would still be cutting it close since I can't dedicate the entire 1GB of VRAM to the virtual machine.
Otherwise you have to use Bootcamp which means whenever you want to play it, you have to shut down and boot into the Windows partition. It's less convenient than using a virtual machine but it's your only choice if you don't have at least 8GB of RAM and dedicated graphics.
