yep.. i think she will start her promo for the new album hopefully we will get the single around that time.
I think she'll release a new single arround November 20-30, finishing her South American tour. It'd a perfect kick off for the US tour.

She wouldn't win anything and it would be a Grammy 2012 repeat. She'll attend the 2013 VMAs and win Video Of The Year thanks to the new era.

There isn't a rule... the chart leaks on Wednesday/Thursday (it depends on the weeks, like the Billboard 200 or Digital Tracks), but we don't know in which week the shows are getting reported.
Gaga was amazing last night in Manila! Everyone literally went crazy including mee!!!!! aaah!!! and now Protest Against Gaga is made illegal!!! Her popularity here just sore higher...LOL and the protesters were nowhere to be found today, the 2nd night in Manila!!! OMG! Hope she'll come back here!! More people love her than those irrational people who don't know how to analyze her musical artistry!! Thank you Gaga!!! and hope she truly loves Philippines just like what she tweeted!
