Go on Office, click staff, hire a manager and you'll be able to then tick which acts you want them to control

I've got people attending my shows but the reputation increase is very low, however this is a bug and will be fixed.

Sorry I have so many questions, but I cant figure out how to do the collaboration/remix options? I click collaboration then it tells me to select a song but it takes me back to the same screen I hit collab on, I'm totally lost
