There's no such thing as casual black. It's black or its not. And clearly it's not. A black hair color has no variations in color, especially when examined under lightning. It's just black all the way.
Not you posting pics of her in low quality lighting. Dead @ you thinking Ms Tina has black hair, based on a black & white pic. I don't think you know the difference between dark brown and jet black. Next...you're gonna say Ms Tina has brown eyes.
I'd say to match a weave to Bey's natural hair color, you'd need a 2 or 4 which is deep brown. Her hair isn't black or even off black (1B) and neither is Solange's. Solange dies hers a jet black; when she first cut off her relaxed hair down to pretty much nothing, it was dark brown.
Jules was born with damn near blond hair and it's dark brown now. And Blue's hair has darkened up more to an off black/deep/deep brown, but for a while hers was that same shade of brown that Bey/Solange had as kids:

I remember when Julez was a baby, he's hair was a sandy blonde color. Then it darkened as he got older. Even with Blue still being 4yrs old, that's all subjected to change. With blk people, it's always about the various shades and tones.

She's in that interesting phase where she looks like both her parents at different times. Eventually, as she grow up, she will settle into her own unique look. She's going to slay the gerls.
