Sis, that's dark brown, not black. Julez hair color is even darker than hers. You can see the brown tint in it.
Plus in the pic i posted, she's outside, under natural light. Hair dye on a young child?! A lot people ,physical features changes a lot, from the time they're born to their teenager years.
I remember her cousin Angie stating in a documentary( VH1 Driven) as a little girl, Beyoncé had Sandy brown and often got teased for her light skin tone. Under natural lighting, her natural color has always fallen between a Sandy brown & dark brown. It's never been jet black, except when it's specifically dyed for a look.
