EXO's stuff leaks every comeback now. Wolf/365, Overdose, Call Me Baby and Exodus (song) leaked beforehand too... If SM isn't doing it on purpose, they're not securing their stuff very well.
they're one of the only companies I've ever seen with leaks like this in k-pop.

you get the point...I think it's borderline on purpose. I have reason to believe they get how they could excite an audience that way.
I don't doubt it could be purposeful, but SM does have 5 times the amount of employees as the next biggest label, and do more international collaboration: SM material passes through more hands, which would lend to more leaks

I think each letter will appear at specific time, thats why theres a clock on the bottom. And maybe the teaser will release at 6
