You know what, after thinking about it, the message behind Formation is what made me love the performance. I honestly don't expect White people or other non-Black/ethnic people to have enjoyed the performance because it wasn't centered around them. It was catered to us people of color; to celebrate our ethnic roots and be proud. The Black Panthers inspired outfits were the cherry on top. Honestly, I'm not mad that people said it was tragic. Like I said, it wasn't meant for most the the nay-sayers during this lovely February, aka Black History Month.

I cannot personally relate to the message as I am Caspar the Friendly Ghost white, but I do love the song and the fact that it was able to celebrate African American beauty and be a spotlight to show off police brutality really makes me love it. It's great to see such a major artist like Bey talk about issues like this, and at the Super Bowl of all places!


I ended up getting into a legitimate fight with my mother and grandma though, but I clocked them with their #ALLLIVESMATTER ********, how it promoted the gay agenda (with the slay parts), and shut down how they said there is no injustice in America towards African American people.

Watched the full 2004 SB halftime show. The dancing during Rock Your Body was way more sexual than Janet's right boob minus the nipple

Janet had an "oh ****" reaction after it happened, and I saw a picture in which JT seemed fairly calm but he looked like he was also thinking "****, how did this happen?" Neither IMO should have been blamed.
