It may also be something related to the "addiction demon" etc.
Maybe drugs or gums available all over the hotel (that make you addicted to the Hotel)
or gums for Gaga and her family, made out of blood
that'd be cute

Im pretty sure one of the kids will betray her.
Theres a shot of one of them running and there is red lighting then it cuts to quick a shot of scissors indicating maybe "betrayal".
idk maybe I'm just looking too much into it.
