Why would I pre-order an album if I can already stream it for free anytime I want tho?

First off, Meghan's last album came out after she had 2 hit singles.
Second, she still does not have a solid fanbase.
Third, NO under performed and her album, according to most, is not as good as her first.
The girls have great promo coming up, a top 5 single, plus, no one really pays attention to Apple Music premieres. Either it will help pre-orders, or contribute to streams. I doubt hardcore Harmonizers will stop streaming it debut week.
