• Use "throw rocks" to scare away the pokemon, if "throw rocks" out votes the top selected pokemon no pokemon will win the bonus round. Use rocks only when you don't want to see ANY of the pokemon from that group in the next generation round.
• Special twists or rules might be used for some games, which over write the rules above.

• Ultra ball +3 votes
• Great ball +2 votes
• Pokemon ball +1 vote
• Catch a pokemon using an ultra ball to cast a +3 vote for that pokemon named in the catch group shown below. (Politoad can be caught)
• Catch a pokemon using an great ball to cast a +2 vote for that pokemon named in the catch group shown below. (Politoad can be caught)
• Use a pokemon ball on a pokemon to cast a +1 vote for that pokemon named in the catch group shown below.

• You can not stack the pokemon balls on the same pokemon. 3 Separate pokemon must be chosen if you wish to use all the items.
• 3 votes must be cast.
• The 3 pokemon from this group with the highest points will be entered into the generation 2 round.
• Throw rocks may still be used once in any combination of 1 or 2 ball uses.
Or just 1 rock throw with 0 balls. (Note throw rocks does not remove a vote from any pokemon, it has its own point total and could bump a pokemon out of a winning spot).
