There were some really cool songs this round.
Save:
Alanis - I never really paid too much attention to her before, I regret that now. The song has this intensity and white hot emotion. It was great. Also, I liked how you wrote in your essay how you can use the body to interpret that emotion. It was a really cool entry. Thanks for that.
Katy Perry - You made the right choice here. I really liked how you explained the song and how it made you specifically feel like you're Walking On Air, it came across in the essay and I had fun listening to the song.
Off:
Britney - I read your essay and was really into your description and how it made you want to dance, until you got to "hush just stop" and then I thought the rest of the write-up came across more as a summary of the song.
Carly Rae Jepsen - I really liked your last two entries. I just wish there was a little more description in this one.
Nelly Furtado - I had to check and make sure my link was right

I thought I got misdirected to an M.I.A song at first. Cool song, but your essay spent too much time talking about the genre of the song and how it could have been a hit rather.
Honorable Mentions
Kimbra - I loved this song. I need this album. I was almost reminded of Little Dragon at first.
Avril - It was a really clever move to reference life as a dancefloor.
Little Mix & Miley - You let the song do the heavy lifting but they were danceable. I actually loved the Little Mix song and had never heard it before, not going to lie, I was grooving along.
