I assume MTV got Ke$ha to perform "TiK ToK" because that's most likely the song that got her the nominations.

There really isn't any logic in saying she didn't perform "We R Who We R" because she's only known as 'the "TiK ToK" girl' because it's a new single so it doesn't matter if she's not known for anything else.
