Since the thread was dead I just wanted to spark some conversation and interest.

I wasn't saying the rumor was TRUE. Damn. I had seen other people discussing it on other forums and on twitter.

Update: Madonna just confirmed in an interview with Ryan Seacrest that the second single of MDNA will be “Girls Gone Wild” and that Britney Spears won’t be featured on the song.

That was a few weeks ago. And it was speculated Britney recorded vocals but they weren't sure if they were going to use them. Then Madonna said Britney isn't on the song...hence confirming that they weren't going to put her on the song but NOT that she didn't record vocals.

My QUESTION WAS that given the SUDDEN change of plans that occurred Thursday night/early Friday evening, and given the rumor that they were quickly working on a NEW remix to have only been completed since Friday (3 days ago)...could it be POSSIBLE that Britney could be back on the song?

Madonna denied Britney wasn't on the song like TWO WEEKS AGO.

I'm not confusing people. I don't even WANT Britney on the song. I was just having a discussion. And I remember the exact day that all this originally took place, don't act like you're informing me of something new. You're not the only Madonna stan here.

It's just interesting given the new circumstances around the song...

he's right though...most artists can't put together a remix in less than a day...i think that bennassi was just mixing a verse from another artist on the song for the release...but that's just me.

I honestly don't think she's going to be on the song.

I was just trying to spark up some conversation and some excitement and give my reasons for the rumor, not cause an argument.

There wouldn't be hype for anything without all the rumors and stuff. That's the fun part.
