I didn't care for The Woman In Black. It's like a poorly-paced version of The Others. The Others is slow but the scares and suspense build and build. In TWIB Daniel Radcliffe goes to the house, investigates scary noises and apparitions, leaves, returns, does the same, repeat. There's no escalation. The big reveal and "surprise" ending are so predictable, and I'm not usually very good at predicting those.
