Considering it's the late afternoon/evening, I don't think it's climbing fast enough (obviously it's climbing very fast, tho) to take over #1. It has no airplay and by looking at Kanye's digital history, the song might even start to fall as early as tomorrow night or Friday morning.
Poor Avril. She's been completely overshadowed. She could've made it to #1 if she had released last week, and the added promotion of being #1 could've propelled her to a really high Hot 100 debut.

^^ Correction - Power was put on iTunes more than a month after it leaked due to sample clearence issues, Runaway took 3 weeks, and Monster was put on iTunes 2 months after it leaked
But ya I don't think any of them were really number 1 material lol, not very mainstream singles
