Beyonce is a very mysterious person. I don't think of her as a celebrity like, say, Kum K. She is a not socialite. She doesn't want the attention outside of her music. baby bump drama, cheating drama, being a feminist, being an activist for black people... whether it was fake (as in planned and calculated beforehand) or not (ofc we don't have any real proof but I don't really like Beyonce so I like to assume the worst
) or good or bad, it brings a lot of attention to her as a person, and then she and her team are also smart enough to connect it with the music she puts out... I wasn't really shading her in the previous post but I just wanna show that Britney did nothing like that for yeaars. she doesn't give her opinion on any current issues, she doesn't participate in anything, there is no drama involving her person, etc. she isn't involved in creating any certain image/brand connected solely to her name. that is, imo, the main reason why there is a difference in success between them.
