Technically speaking neither of them are pure pop records however considering the fact that MAJORITY of Fancy's support is coming from White girls/the top 40 pop audience. Plus it has a very poppy/sung chorus. Plus it's "rapped"/sung by two white girls.

Loyal has a mainstream Urban sound but it's NOT marketed toward or made for the pop audience. AT ALL. Fancy features a white pop singer, Loyal features hood ass local rappers.
