Tony has serious selling power, both albums are platinum in US as well, but then again they're duet albums that feature many high profile artists which opens the album to a bigger audience. People might be turned off by Gaga, similar to Gaga's own fans not buying it simply because it isn't their type of music (I've seen a few fans claim that with Anything Goes). So, it's hard to judge their selling power together.
Still, a #1 album should be on lock (especially with how dreadful sales are nowadays). And the biggest promotional spot for the album isn't arriving under a month after release (Arts Festival broadcast).
