Partynauseous was produced by T-Minus. Read his interview with MTV

From what I understand, it seemed like they [Gaga’s camp] had a direction they wanted to go in and Kendrick and I had a different direction. It just so happened that it didn’t go through. All parties have to agree. I saw it as a great opportunity for Kendrick to get a record from Gaga but if they can’t make that approval then hey, it can’t go through. But the beat is hot as ****. I promise you.
I still assume that T-Minus produced the PARTYNAUSEOUS that was supposed to be on Kendrick's album, with a more urban sound and all. I don't think the one she's using at the artRave is the production made for that collaboration. Highly unlikely.
I thought we knew PARTYNAUSEOUS was originally produced by Fernando, T-Minus produced the version that Gaga was featured on with Kendrick, and DJWS remixed the version for artRave.

I think T-Minus produced Kendrick's version, which she didn't like and cancelled the release, and then she got Fernando to re-produce it, then didn't bother putting it on ARTPOP and used it for artRAVE instead. I'm only speculating though.
