Girl, it is simple: EVs=Effort Values

Each pokemon you defeat in game gives of EV's, you just never notice. In terms of competitive battling think of it like this. you can only have 510 EVs overall, and only 252 EVs per stat. So people start to battle pokes like Jellicent who give out more Evs then basic pokes. then there are power items, like power band to help multiply the EVs you gain. There is also berries you use to get rid of unnecessary EV's

Finally tiers work like high school: uglies to the back(NU), tweeners(RU) and the almost popular(UU) in the middle and popular kids in the front(OU)

Tbh I have no one to trade with so do any of those apps that create pokemon actually work? I want some stuff in my White 2 to use in game and don't feel like going through the trouble of trading. Someone help me out!

Well if you mean something like Pokegen then yes. It works but you should try to make them legal

Do you have internet? because first build your pokemon with pokegen

then upload it to poke-selector

change your dns (in internet settings) to what it says at the top of poke selector then go the GTS in game.

Also until you hack your game to find out what your secret I.d. is your pokemon will never be "yours"
