Now, I could be talking out of my ass, but iirc, Itaewon is a district where foreigners in Korea congregate. Jessi's raps have little Korean in them, so Kisum says she'd fit in better there. Additionally, I'm guessing with the amount of foreigners in the area it would be a hotspot for sex/prostitution/drugs, so those could be Jessi's "activities".
