I think the most notable events were in 13 and 14. The one in 14 sent Ian in a panic because he was claiming production told him to do something because it would benefit his game in the long run.
But to expand on that I don't think anything has been actually rigged in 18 YET. People are just mad that the format makes it easier for the vets to stay with the teams (2 vets were automatically safe from the 2nd eviction with the HOH teams being safe and the winner of the first comp being safe) leaving only 2 possibly up for eviction but even if they left the buy back would save them. I would consider actual rigging as production intervening either through comps or getting in the players' ears. Which we haven't heard of yet.
