A-List, B-List, C-List, etc. have nothing to do with current sales or anything, is either you belong or not.

That's why people like Gaga, Rihanna, Beyoncé (yeah, dislike her a lot but she's A-List), Britney, etc. will forever stay perched as A-List people.
