Tbh Katy should be in the top 10. For Bieber they merged My World (EP) + My World 2.0 + My Worlds into one
For Gaga and Lana they counted only the original album + re-release as one, while counting the standalone TFM/Paradise EPs as seperate chart entries. They should've done the same for Bieber.
