Zendaya reveals album title and more details at Video Music Awards
Zendaya was one of the first guests to arrive at the annual Video Music Awards, held in Los Angeles, I think, or not, I don't even know. Zendaya looked fabulous on that red carpet as she slayed everyone with that simple outfit of hers - she rocked a beautiful, knees-long floral yellow and black dress, and she wore simple Louboutin shoes with that dress. Her hair was curled and wavy, and those curls looked just as summery as possible. Overall, Zendaya looked honestly banging in her outfit, and she was having this amazing confidence, that made her glow even brighter. She was friendly and polite on the red carpet, as she agreed to pose for the photographers. Zendaya is a smart girl, and even if she admitted that she hates walking red carpets, she still posed for everyone, even though they tried to bully her and that way attract her look and attention. It was really lovely to see how photographers went NUTS once Zendaya showed up on that red carpet. On the red carpet, Zendaya also posed with fellow artists like Taylor Swift, who is a good friend of her and helped Zendaya get her first ever number one, she also posed with girl groups G.R.L., Danity Kane, rapper Azealia Banks, Rita Ora and some others. During her appearance on that carpet, Zendaya did a lot of interviewers - she talked with ClevverTV, Hollywood Wire, Zimbio, Dailymail, she did at least 20 mini interviews in just twenty minutes. Then, Zendaya walked on that mini stage, which was placed somewhere next to red carpet, where she did this official interview with MTV, and which was broadcasted live on national TV as a part of pre-show.
Interviewer: Joining us here, please welcome, tonight's performer, Zendaya! Are you excited to perform your new single "Lost In Rehab" tonight, Zendaya?
Zendaya: Um, of course I am! If you get a chance to perform at Video Music Awards, then it means that you are doing something right with your career. It's an honor to be here tonight, with so many amazing artists also performing alongside with me on that stage. It is an amazing feeling when all of the artists can come together to one place and celebrate music and music industry.
Interviewer: You will be performing "Lost In Rehab", right?
Zendaya: Yes, I will, and I will be singing a little bit of "Gunshots" as well, since it's probably the reason why I received an invitation to perform on this show. But yeah, I will be mainly performing "Lost In Rehab", and I'm super excited about that, it's going to be one interesting and creative performance. There's nothing huge though, but it will be entertaining to watch it.
Interviewer: I know, that you have something to announce, Zendaya...
Zendaya: Yes, I have, I actually have to announce something! I'm actually really stoked to announce that my new album is called "Vandalism"! It was supposed to be called "Antidote", but we decided to change the title the last minute, since I thought this one described this whole album overall. But it's amazing, honestly, I can't tell you how excited I am for everyone to hear this one. I was honestly shocked when we sat down, with my label, to listen to this album from the start to the end. It's pretty impressive. And, also, I'm excited to announce that I will be touring around the world in the next few weeks, and my tour is called "Vandalism World Tour"! The tickets will be available soon as well.
Interviewer: One last question, Zendaya, since we all know you have to go and get ready for you performance - and I'm so excited for that one, I saw it during rehearsals, and damn! Anyways, so the question is... Who do you think will win Video of the Year award?
Zendaya: I have no idea, since all, or, well, most of them nominations are strong, all of those videos are amazing, and I'm not even sure which video will vin, but I hope that Paige and Taylor will snatch this one, I sure am rooting for their collaborative video, since it was simply amazing in my opinion, both of them are really strong and popular artists, and all of their work is impressive and beautiful and amazing and professional. So, they definitely deserve this one, and I hope they will take this award home with themselves.
Interviewer: Well, thank you, Zendaya, for joining us today. Watch out everyone, Zendaya will be performing on Video Music Awards, which starts in 15 minutes! We have couple more celebrities arriving to the red carpet, so stay tuned for more exclusive interviews.
