Yes, HWR is stupid... they couldnt give double format's add date to their artist who is very popular by radios artist, but we all know, that for who gave they add date by two formats....
TOP 15 is reachable if today the song will add by at least 10 stations, because her spins now isnt enough to go in TOP15....
